Sopore, May 02: The body of a 17-year-old young lady who had bounced into the stream Jhelum in Sopore town of north Kashmir on December 12 last year, was fished out almost following five months, authorities said in Tuesday.
Citing an authority, news office — Kashmir News Eyewitness (KNO) detailed that the young lady had bounced into the waterway Jhelum at Jamia span in Sopore on December 12 last year.

Endeavors were made to recover her body not long after the occurrence, yet all to no end as specialists neglected to recover the body.
The authority said her deteriorated body was recovered by local people in Boniyar area of Baramulla yesterday, following which the body was taken to GMC Baramulla.
He said the DNA tests of her family have additionally been taken and after fruition, all things considered, the body will be given over to the family for the last ceremonies.
Prior, the specialists had canceled the pursuit activity to follow her body following 20 days of her hopping into the stream.
