Document Verification of candidates for the Class-IV posts
under the Provision of Jammu and Kashmir Appointment to
Class-IV (Special Recruitment Rule, 2020) 2nd phase -scheduled
thereof.
While, the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) vide
Promotion Notification No. SSB/Secy/Sel/2022/1230-38 dated 11.02.2022 told
a rundown of 15223 up-and-comers who were to be called for Document Verification in second stage
from 17.02.2022; and
Though, the planned dates for Document Verification of these
up-and-comers was informed vide Nonfiction No. SSB/Sel/Secy2022/1305-14 dated
15.02.2022 in which timetable of Document confirmation was given first and foremost structure
27.02.2022 to 28.02.2022 and from 07.03.2022 to 12.03.2022; and,
While, the Document Verification of competitors which booked from
07.03.2022 to 12.03.2022 was delayed vide Notice No. SSB/COE/2022/2092-2100
dated 03.03.2022 and it was referenced in the said notice that new date will be
informed independently; and,
Presently in this way, considering the abovementioned, all such up-and-comers who were planned to
show up from 07.03.2022 to 12.03.2022 before the assigned Document Verification
Panels are coordinated to show up before Document Verification Committees according to
the timetable attached herewith from 15.03.2022 at Central Office, J&K Services
Determination Board, Zum Building, Ram Bagh, Srinagar (Kashmir
Based Candidates) and Divisional Office , J&K Services Selection
Board, Sehkari Bhawan, Panama Chowk, Jammu (Jammu Based
Competitors) separately.

It is additionally told that the up-and-comers are expected to show up previously
the assigned Document Verification Committees with the accompanying archives in
unique, and
• Duplicate of Online Application structure.
• D.O.B Certificate (tenth Diploma/Marks card).
• Reservation classification testament, if material.
• Home testament.
• 10+2 Marks sheet/Diploma.
• Different reports according to the notice.
• Authentication/Documents on designs recommended by the

Board.
